RWTH Aachen is the state university of Aachen and the largest technical university in the German-speaking world, measured by student numbers. RWTH Aachen opened with nine divisions. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, and Metallurgy.

It is very difficult to find accommodation in university guesthouses, so it is advisable to start looking for a room at least 2-3 months before you arrive in Aachen.
There are several specialized study advice centers that provide students with housing information. For example, the AStA Student Council, Foreign Representatives (AV), International Office Housing Advice Service, International Students Organization (INCAS), and Indian Students Association of Aachen (AISA).
